I’ve been a customer with Extra Space Storage located in Chamblee, GA, since September of 2024. Facilities are always clean and staff is helpful. Had to renew my lease and Aundre from Extra Space helped to get me the best price possible. Could not be more happy with the result.
Andres MExcellent experience in this storage location, We have problems with our storage after the Helene Huracan, so we decided to go to check our stuff because ours were located in an outdoor one. Thanks, god. Just two boxes were affected thanks to the leaks and floods of water. After an amazing customer service we can change to another storage indoor and with a better price consider the better space than the old we were occupying on that Sunday, that is an important detail to consider that we was thinking that nobody of the staff can help us on Sunday afternoon, after three months using their services was the best decision go to the storage that day
