The manager, Dorothy, is always there, pleasant to talk to, and very professional. I rented a unit for a couple of years (~September 2017), and the premise was always clean. My unit stayed dry, clean, and free of pests the entire time. This is the only place I would even consider next time I need storage space.

My friend has fallen victim to Public Storage. Once you move in, they raise the rate. Higher, higher again, higher some more even, again, and before you know it, you are paying triple, (14-months for this friend 3x), your move in rate. $375 move in June '24, to Oct '25, and now $1400 as he is leaving. You ask WHY? The answer is "Because we can". What are your options? Pay triple some more or move out! I'm helping a friend in moving out! There is also rodent damage because the spaces are not very well isolated from each other, (crawling through the ceilings and outside entry is not very well protected either). You, as a possible new customer, should only move in if you can get out in 6-months or less, or your stuff is really that valuable to save in the first place. .. Anything else and you will be in quicksand. Beware!!!!
