Great Customer Service
The call center rep quoted the wrong price. Which I figured was wrong because it was $25. The in person rep provided great customer service, very knowledgeable, and explain all the terms & rules. Also provided me with information regarding additional services which we signed up for.

But the condition of the storage unit was the icing on the cake. It was clean, and there was a small paperbag sitting inside that had my lock and paperwork explaining how to use it.
