Storage Sense used to be great, but ever since the new owners took over, not so much. There are rats and mice in some units, and the carts are nowhere to be found anymore, and on top of that, they increased the price. I’ll definitely be moving my things out of here as soon as possible. *To add: The rats/mice made it to our unit about a week ago. We sent a email and received no response. This was the last straw. We moved out today.
