I’ve been up there several times for packing supplies and for a unit. I spoke to a Michelle and Lilly. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the type and size unit I’d need and supplies I’d need for packing things up.
His One And OnlyI’m very disappointed in the Management in Perry,Ga I currently have a unit at this facility,and I informed the manager as to when I would be making my payment,well I made my payment on the 8th of January,on the 14 th I proceeded to go to my unit and to my attention I was NOT able to access my unit due to the fact that my key would not open the door,! I do hope that there will be some kind of Compensation for myself besides the fact that ,a note will be addressed to the manager for the next working day because they were/ are currently closed,I feel as if I’m having to suffer,all because someone is not doing their job,as if losing my child before Christmas wasn’t enough,now I couldn’t get to his memories,for they are in my unit,that I paid for but can NOT access,I’m truly sorry but you all have to do better……

Tyler JackIt provided us what we were looking for a short term storage solution. Getting keys and locks were somewhat difficult as communication wasn’t great with the call center. But once we got in touch with the maager there everything was great.
R BakerI've had my unit for 5-6yrs. The price increases every year with no extra security or amenities. Right now, there is an unlocked/unlatched door for anyone to gain access to my climate controlled unit. I was told 3yrs ago by the previous manager, Jonathan, that keypads were to be installed at the entry points. They never 6 my monthly rates keep increasing. The units are not lit at night & the gates are broken weekly. Don't bother trying to get any resolutions from the newest employee, Travis. He says enough to pacify you without resolving any issues. He can usually be found outside the facility playing with his supped up 90s model car.
