Andrea IngersollI moved out of my unit 2 weeks ago. It was rented as climate control but not the case. I will be contacting corporate. The district manager did not return my call. Rat droppings and worms and my belongings have a strong smell of mothballs. Prices increase every other month and pavement is so uneven, my car actually got stuck trying to leave. There are cleaner storage facilities. Not worth the aggravation.
S. DennisAfter having my belongings in here for a year I'm editing my review. I came to grab all my items out of storage and noticed my INSIDE climate controlled unit is infested with worms. I have a hair dryer completely unusable now. When I spoke with management I was told that has been a problem with that unit for some time and that pest control should be spraying but they probably only spray the outside parameter. Since I have my own insurance there isn't much they can do. So why the hell are units being rented that are known to have bug problems! This will be my last time storing in a storage.
