The place is not hard to fine easy access in and out had a 26 foot box truck donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a truck driver by trade 20 years experience but still in and out was a breeze clean no problems to report on boarding was great very professional person helped us with everything give them a try

Very easy to get into contract with 10 federal storage. Nice practical storage facility layout. Very clean. When we no longer need a storage services, We hope that there will be a easy process to end our contract.

Landlord decided to sell the house we were living in said we had a vacation premises we had till the beginning of the year. A week later being this week we were informed someone's already acquired about purchasing the house so ask if we can be out by the end of the week. Obviously got to have storage unit to put our belongings need one it's 24 hours access decent pricing but the thing was I had no money at that day luckily due to the amazing lady I'm so unfortunately forget her name that was in Customer service inform me what I could do how I could do it to where I was able to move in that night. Besides the amazing customer service that saved today I was really surprised and pleased with the cleanliness, not just with our unit but the entire grounds and facility. And although no matter what the pricing is not going to like the price lol .. I honestly can't complain about there's

Terrible experience with their new AI system. It takes forever just to reach a real person. I canceled my unit and still got charged for it, and when I tried to fix it, the AI just kept looping me around without connecting me to anyone who could actually help. Super frustrating feels like they care more about automating everything than actually helping their customers. Wouldn’t recommend until they fix this mess.
Jennifer NewmanWell, there’s not an option for zero stars. This place is an absolute JOKE! There’s never a manager on site or anyone to help. The gate was broken for over a week, couldn’t access our belongings and was told to just deal with it pretty much. We only had this unit for a week. I requested a refund and got it within a week. So, the best part of this whole experience was my timely refund 🤦♀️😀

Richard RutledgeThe only issue with them is I was told it was a 400 and something balance because it's got to be auctioned off but when I looked at my email I only owed $100. Instead of telling me that I can go clean it out and just pay the $120 clean it out I not gotta pay the 427 . This miscommunication or not enough communication.
