Sommer was very patient with me as I had delays in getting to the office to pick up the unit keys. She always answered the phone very pleasantly and when I made it to the office close to closing time, she was still extremely professional and walked me through the whole process. She answered all questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable before signing any paperwork. She was amazing!

Jason BarronBait and switch rip-off. They advertised $25 on their website for an internal, climate controlled, ground-level 5'x10' (and definitely NOT advertised as an "introductory rate"). 4 months later, I get a notice my rate is going to $51. A 104% increase in just 4 months!

Sabrina MVery warm, welcoming, accommodating property manager!!! yesterday was Lasiter high school‘s homecoming parade and there was a lot of people and everybody was trying to find parking anywhere they could. the parade started just before the storage facility closed so naturally people were parking on the property. I came in to ask to park. The manager was very kind very understanding, and she even allowed me to use the restroom.. I currently don’t use storage, but I’m gonna keep it in mind now, cause I am running out of space at home..if I decide to rent a storage unit, I’m coming to Space Shop for sure!!!
