Great Experience!
I had a great experience because of Ebony's professionalism, knowledge and awesome customer service! As I was storing my 26ft box truck, it started raining very hard. However, Ebony assisted me with with a great attitude. I really appreciated her patience, because of the weather, it was challenging for me to park. Nevertheless, Ebony constantly displayed a very pleasant attitude!

We came to rent the smallest unit but the facility was full. Thankfully Kelcie was kind enough to refer us to another facility a couple of minutes away. We were able to complete our rental with her and move right in to the other facility. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks Kelcie!
Jelani SandersDO NOT reserve space here, especially if it is for a vehicle or parking of an asset. There is MUCH better and safer on the market. Also, IF nothing else, DO NOT book here site unseen, they will take your money knowing they don't have the means to accommodate you and then once you point it out they will cancel your contract immediately but keep the admin fee!!!

Cyndi SanonI was recently sent an email offer with a promo to come back with a fixed rate for 12 mos for $73. Waited on this office to get in contact with me on instructions or assist on what needs to happen to process my reservation as their system was charging 3x the amount the promo was online. Female staff member finally reaches back today after a week of phone tags. Most importantly, after the promo expires to say "I can't do anything about it as it expired". Asked her to escalate to a District manager or point me in the direction of corporate to assist instead she disconnected the call. Who wants to do business with that kind of service? Certainly not me! Not ever.
