We were using storage containers for our move. By about 4pm on move day we realized everything was not going to fit.I called three other companies and got noting but an answering machine.After calling Prime the paperwork was done and my movers had the unit loaded before they closed at 6pm.

Clean Storage
Great place to store items. Clean climate controlled not bugs or critters. Realized that we could have replace all the furniture we have stored there over the years with what we have paid in rent 14 years.

She exceeded my expectations in resolving an issue for me today that was unnecessarily and incorrectly created by one of your call center representatives today. Because of her attention to detail, she called me to confirm the information that your call center sent to her and I am so thankful she did because this problem would have become out of control and very complicated to resolve. If it had gotten to that point, prime storage would have lost my business. Kodos to Cindy!!!
