What a deal! Shanika and Shane made the process of renting a unit very simple. From my first phone call to signing the lease. Lowest price in the area that I found.
Shane was very helpful in making sure we were able to locate our assigned storage room.
I don't understand the pay for 1 month and get 2 months free. For the 2 free months, you have to pay $38.96 each month, so it's not free. Nowhere does it say they charge you fees the same amount as the 1-time admin fees. Then, when it says the monthly payment is $75 a month, you will be charged on top of that $38.96 for a total of $104 a month. People generally don't like hidden fees, so if you want $105 a month, say that. Hidden fees make everyone mad because you have wasted your time to find out you are not getting a deal, you are paying more than other places advertised.
