Fast ,easy process storage unit i was assigned had some one lock on it i called an they were very helpfull to assign me another unit. Great location. Easy process of canceling once had moved out of storge. They seem to be very kind. I'd go back there for my storage needs if that need every arises.

I'm in process of buying a house now and I'm building a large garage on my property so I won't need to store anything. If I need anything in the future I'll definitely be calling them.

When Lafayette Store It previously had people to speak with in AMERICA for assistance regarding anything, it was 5 star. Now, since outsourced, it is 3 star at best. Of course,we don't require customer service constantly but, when we do, we want to speak with and support Americans.

Amanda GilreathGreat place! Convenient! It's not climate controlled, but they keep the place really nice and the prices aren't bad and you get insurance coverage for just a few bucks more! If you need a place to store things, this is definitely a place to check out. I have read the review posted from 6 months ago before mine and things have changed, they have video cameras and they have police officers going by every day.
