She's incredibly professional, courteous, and truly cares about the customer experience. Under her management, the facility is always spotless, well-organized, and feels very secure—which gives me great peace of mind. Jelena’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit smooth and stress-free. She’s a standout and a big reason I continue to stay with this location. The only drawback is the lack of WiFi access inside the facility, which could be a safety concern—especially during after-hours visits. That aside, this place is top-notch, and Jelena deserves all the credit for keeping it that way. Highly recommend!
