This facility was easy to navigate. The unit was spotless and the security seems to be great.

I had arranged my move-in on Thursday December 30th for between 5pm-5:30pm. I asked the attendant if he would like for me to call the office as I’m heading to the facility. I called just before 4pm that I was heading there from Athens, GA and that my ETA was 5:15pm. I left a message (hmmm??). I get there at 4:25 pm after fueling the truck and the door is LOCKED!!! Nobody there and a sign saying they will be back Friday ay 9:30am (and their closing time is 6pm.) You have no idea how livid I was. My daughter and I get there Friday morning at 9:30am and the answer I receive is “I’m sorry, we are under staffed and I had to leave early for another job….ugh😡😡😡.” Luckily I was able to unload the truck and get it back before the required time, otherwise I would have to pay another day. Will I tell others if my experience??-HELL yes!
