New facility that is clean and has a human person managing it on site. Uses the digital lock system so no physical lock required with service elevators at the entrance to access the second floor. Cameras are everywhere for added security. Also has platforms carts for free to use as needed.

I had called to finish setting up my unit rental, and even though she wasn’t the regular manager for that facility, she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Bri went above and beyond to make sure I had the information and resources I needed, even for questions outside her usual scope. If her professionalism and helpfulness are any indication, renting directly from her at Smart Move Storage must be an excellent experience. She’s honest, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
