Kim made my entire experience here was pleasantly exceptional. From inquiring info to signing lease agreement and facility familiarization she explained everything that I needed to know and do very clearly and kept a very pleasant welcoming demeanor. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress free. Kim truly goes above and beyond, you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind. If you’re looking for storage and want excellent customer service, ask for Kim. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend!
