The office is also very nice. 98% of my communication with Tamara was over the phone and text. She went above and beyond my expectations and made our drop-off as smooth as can be, despite it being a rainy day! She was incredibly accommodating to our wacky schedule, her responses were timely, and she was 1000% a joy to work with. Top-notch customer service!

I was in the middle of grieving the loss of my mother and was facing a high-pressure deadline to vacate her home just a week after her burial. With only two days left, I pulled into the Forsyth Self Storage at 5:30 PM—just as Tamara, the property manager, was getting into her car to head home. Instead of leaving, she didn't hesitate for a second. Even though she was technically 'off the clock,' she stayed to secure a rental unit for me and reserved a U-Haul to make sure I was taken care of. Throughout the entire process, she treated me with such genuine compassion and empathy during one of the hardest weeks of my life. When I showed up the next morning to begin the move, I found a heartfelt sympathy card she had left for me. It’s rare to find a business where you are seen as a person and not just a storage unit number. The facility is clean and secure, but the heart behind this business is what makes it special. Highly recommend Forsyth Self Storage. The registration process was so easy and completed over the phone. The property manager, Tamara- went over and beyond to ensure we had the best experience with their storage facility. VERY nice and clean- it looks brand new. When we got to our storage unit, there was a goodie bag and brand new lock for us to use on the unit. The grounds and unit were so clean- which is always important to me. They offer both climate control and outdoor storage. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!
