Minion Knight⭐️⭐️ Public Storage – Good Service, but Security Concerns I recently visited Public Storage, and overall the experience was decent. The staff here is actually very helpful — especially when it comes to answering questions, making payments, or handling quick changes. Customer service is definitely the strong point of this location, and I appreciate how easy it is to get assistance when you need it. However, what concerns me most is the condition of the units and locks. A lot of doors and locks looked worn out or damaged, and that raised some questions for me. It’s not something you expect to see in a place where people store valuables. The prices are fair and reasonable, but I think security should match the value that customers are paying for. I would highly recommend that management do a full walkthrough and maintenance review, because visually it does look a bit questionable. With just a little attention to the condition of the facility, this location could be great. Right now, the service is excellent, but better upkeep would definitely make customers feel more secure.
