Jenie LuceI've had a storage unit here for 3 maybe 4 years now. My monthly rent has gone up and it's almost twice what it was when I first got the unit because I was paying about 100 and now it's almost 200. You don't have access during it when you're supposed to, the gate is constantly breaking, I've seen no improvements to the facility in my time there despite the constant raising of rent. Went there today and could get through the gate but none of the doors were opening. I called the number and I went to a call center that first accused me of not having my bill paid (it was indeed already paid) but then was also no help to me. Even told me that they couldn't help me because the only way they have to contact him is through email and so they were going to fill out a report but he wouldn't see it until tomorrow anyways. I pay the price info for this storage unit because of its access hours and proximity to my house and it honestly just isn't worth it anymore. There's storage places for cheaper and just down the road that are better facilities
