This process was super easy! After a 7-10 min phone call everything was set up for me to move in whenever. They had my 5x5 rental closet open and with a new lock waiting for me when I arrived. I moved my stuff in at 11:30 pm at night. It was super easy, all I had to do was find the staircase door that lead me to my locker from outside. Short amount of steps leading to the 2nd floor. I will highly recommend to anyone needing something quick, clean and hassle free!

Ms. Erica will make sure she calls you back and offer assistance to you. I also like the hours that are available to access the building.

Jocelyn is always so helpful with providing me with any assistance. I forgot the man name who works there also he is also extremely professional. I have recommended this establishment to many people. I had a horrible experience with the one in Avondale Estates. Keep up the good work. Also the place is kept extremely cleaned.
