I accidentally drove over freshly paved pavement (missed the instructions—my bad), and Eric came out and yelled at me, which honestly made me want to turn around and never come back. But as I was leaving, Eric came outside to check how I got in. That’s when he realized the "Enter Here" sign had been knocked down. He immediately apologized for the misunderstanding and explained he just didn’t want me to damage my tires. After that, things turned around! He showed me a unit that suited my needs, and we discussed finalizing everything on Friday. Eric even went the extra mile and gave me a unit closer to the front due to my handicap.
