Unlike other storage units I have dealt with, they did not try to change the price on me upon arrival or try to get me to “lock it in” earlier than the reservation date I requested.
I took my friend to obtain a storage unit. James the manager was so professional and helpful. He took his time and made a stressful situation comfortable. She and I were so impressed that we are going to recommend Uncle Bob'so to others.
In general, storage units are not my favorite excursion. I was very pleased to find a safe, secure, clean unit with exceptional staff. Very helpful. I did not feel rushed (a common experience) and left glad that I made this choice. The location is perfect as well.
