Just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to these guys. Absolutely amazing customer service from everyone, especially the one and only Mr. Bill who delivers and picks up the pods. They just don’t make them like him anymore. He treated us like family from the start and took great pride in making sure our personal belongings in the pod were very well taken care of from picking up and to the delivery location. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your moving and storage needs.

Calvin helped me with a storage issue today and was quite helpful. The staff was also helpful making suggestions on a larger unit and being kind enough to even bring me a dolly and help move my items over. The office staff was great too. Worst. Service. Ever. Angela was the only calm and collective one who spoke on the phone. I rented a trailer and was running behind on drop off. So I immediately called and told them and asked if I could extend. They informed me there was another rental booked so I informed them I was still running an hour behind. (Making my arrival 5pm and they said next rental was 515pm) so I immediately started my way there. In the time of driving 3 different people called, extremely rude about the situation that I called and communicated about. When I was a few minutes out I got stopped by an accident at 400 and regions bank for 10 minutes before I was let through. I once again called and let them know about being stopped in the accident traffic. I was told I was going to be charged an inconvenience fee, for communicating I was running behind. I did end up snapping and yelling after the 3rd phone call and them being extremely rude, which was not right on my end. But I feel I did everything correct and communicated more then I needed too. Also, there we’re three other trailers sitting on the lot. The elderly ladies were EXTREMELY RUDE. the only good experience about the entire rental were the gentleman who hooked/unhooked the trailer. They were so professional and welcoming. I am a avid Uhaul renter and I will never, ever again be returning to this site. I will also let all my friends, family, and neighbors know to not use this site. To top it off I just got my invoice via email and was charged two full day use. I will be disputing with my bank. The trailer was back in possession by 515 for the next rental to take it on their pick up time. One hour behind, that was communicated and charged a full extra day.
