Uhaul allowed us to reserve here with expectations that they would be open to service us. They closed at 1 we got there at 12:50 and couldn’t be serviced. We had a uhaul full of belongings needing to be stored and were turned away. Really disappointed.
Craig AdamsEasy to get in and out of with a utility trailer. I have a 10ft trailer and had no issues at this location or the one in Villa Rica. I like the fact that you don't have to get out of your vehicle to put a code in to open the gate.

Melody PattersonNormally not comfortable with a unit that is operated/managed remotely, but the manager Ramsey Brown made everything right for me. Originally had issues getting the door to lock, as all of the call center managers were unaware of the type of door on my unit...but he physically went to the location and solved the problem for me at MY convenience. Much appreciated Mr.Brown!!!! 👏 Very friendly & professional.
