Sara is absolutely amazing. Heaven sent for sure.. even being late on my first payment she nor they didn’t blow me up all day and night to remind me I had not paid they simply sent 3 messages and help me because I couldn’t make payment because it wouldn’t let me login my account but she helped. So far they are absolutely 10000% genuine people that understands life’s unpredictables. Keep on keeping on you all rock!!!
Janet JohnsonI have had a storage unit at this place for probably 10 years. I have been through 3-4 new owners and each time someone new buys it the price has increased. So this week I get a strange charge to my bank account for 18.50 granted that's not a lot of money but this is pure purpose and fraud that has taken place. They said that I was charged this because my rental insurance policy wasn't active. Well as soon as I find this out I got them a copy of my said expired policy that I have had for years with no cancelation or lapse in coverage. I'm then told they couldn't refund the 18.50 that they fraudulent charged without my authorization. I asked to have upper management or the owner contact me. The response to that was they have seen the emails back and forth and are aware. So long story short these people are fraudulent crooks so BEWARE.
