Move in went smoothly
Chamberlain and Chris helped us with the move in process. The rates are better than where we were - we are storing a travel trailer. Very friendly staff and clean property.

Make sure you document everything and communicate with the office staff as much as possible and as long as you do that they will take excellent care of you. As a long-time renter at this facility, I will offer this warning. If you mess around with them it's going to cost you a lot of money. If you're not looking to play games and looking for a solid, secure place to store your stuff, this is the place for you.

He showed me the unit size that I was interested in, explained the storage options and the how-to of the blue tooth and gate code. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs!

I called the office and spoke to Nathaniel and he not only filled my container with a couple gallons of water he actually put it on the cart and took it to my unit...is that 5 star customer service or what!!!
