I have had an excellent experience with arnoldsville storage because of the level of service Kim provides. Any issues I’ve ever had were expeditiously and effectively resolved. When my card on file was expiring, I received a phone call to let me know. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner. Everything was explained up front thoroughly. Communicating with and working with Arnoldsville storage is a breeze. The units themselves were clean at move in. I will say that dust and dirt do circulate in the non-climate controlled units and would recommend covering your things with plastic drop cloths or some kind of barrier to those elements if you want to save yourself some time cleaning your things when you move out.
