My first visit included a tour of the facility. The care in taking me around to show the different sizes was a pleasant surprise. I decided to move forward with renting, but I could not complete the paperwork on-line, so I went to the facility to do it in person. Once again, the customer service was beyond exceptional. I highly recommend the facility, not because it's new, but because the level of customer service was a breath of fresh air.
