I'm mad at myself for not remembering the name of the young lady who TOOK CARE OF ME; never the less she was on point from beginning to end & actually went beyond to help me sort out what was BEST for need! Her ENERGY was EVERYTHING; friendly, knowledgeable, inviting etc. ALL what customer service should be! Thank you for keeping HOPE alive!!! Love the burgundy bangs!
