Storage Xxtra Buena Vista Road

I love the lady that works at the desk, great customer service! The facility is great and clean!

From the time we walked in until I was done purchasing my unit everything was perfect. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m someone whoﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s never had a uhaul or a storage and I had both that day lol. I am definitely coming back and referring anyone that needs a storage unit!!!

I spoke to a guy who took my registration online and gave me the wrong size which upset me because I then had to pay more money when I got there and saw what was reserved and working until 5:00 p.m. I didn't have time to go anywhere else and get a storage unit so I had to deal with what I had at the moment and pay more money which was very disheartening it's money I do not have at this time and I specifically asked him about the five foot unit I said would that be enough space for 20 boxes and he said yes it goes all the way up to the roof but when I got to the location at Floyd road which is where I had to do my paperwork because they manage both locations Buena Vista and Floyd road I was told a 5x4 and a half foot was booked so that was a little disheartening but what made it better is Miss Teresa at Floyd road was very very accommodating but I also was up late into the night because her keys were locked into the door and she had to call somebody else to come and get her into her office and I got pushed back into my night for having to come there after 5:00 and wait until the person got there but she did stay after work with me and finish up my rental and her attitude was very pleasing
