Spoke with Mary explained that I needed to cancel the storage unit. I explained we never used the unit; and our family decided not to use a unit this time around. This place was nothing but a big benefit and help to us. We purchased our truck not to long ago , true enough the parking lot where we were parking it at they were sweet however we just didn't want to continue parking there and wear out a sweet welcome..So as I was passing by this storage place I called and worried Sam to pieces asking questions, not once did he seem impatient, I know he probably was getting there because I was getting impatient with myself lol anyway moving along my last phone call I spoke with April and we ended up finishing out the process ,not only was the process smooth but the rates are great and they have promos which made it greater. Thanks Sam for starting and April for finishing. Now I'm closer to our truck.

I had a great experience, I have a 10x10 unit, the lock they provide is a nice lock at retail cost, there's good security cameras and security code to get into the gate. I'll definitely stay here for as long as I need.
