AMAZING EXPERIENCE — MJ IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! MJ is hands-down the most proactive and knowledgeable storage manager we have ever encountered. As full-time travelers, we rely heavily on storage facilities near our contract locations to hold what won't fit in our Mobile Command Center. We first came to this Canton location during its transition from CubeSmart, following a devastating flood at our previous facility out of state. MJ didn't just onboard us; she completely re-educated us. She shared vital cost-saving tips, insurance nuances, and long-term rental strategies that no other property manager in our years of travel had ever bothered to explain. Fast forward a year: we were actually packed and ready to leave this week due to a standard rate hike. Instead of just letting a tenant walk, MJ proactively reached out to see if we could find a solution. She went completely above and beyond, transitioning us into a different unit right here to keep our costs aligned. She even took the time to educate us on specific benefits available to us as a business. MJ doesn't just manage a facility; she practices true asset stewardship and cares about the people behind the units. I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage for many years. I have had units at different Extra Space properties and this property is by far the best!! MJ is AMAZING! She is always going out of her way to provide a clean, secure facility and does everything she can to make you want to stay. I have been at this property since 2024. Since then, I have only had one issue. Rate increases. I understand that rates will increase over time, but I don’t like the increase. Who would? Each time MJ has gone above and beyond to make sure that rate increase isn’t absurd. She does whatever she can to help her customers. Thank you MJ, keep up the good work!!

It's a nice storage and they had very good deal when I got, but they raise the price every 5 months and they didn't tell me in the beginning and I don't like it. The second time they raise too much and it didn't make sense, I called them and the lady who is in the office and her name is "MJ" , accept that wasn't make sense and tried to help me. She talked to her boss and she could reduce some for me which I appreciate her. Also she was always nice whenever my husband and I went to the storage.
