Be very careful if you desire a personal touch or you will be greeted by a virtual agent on a projector screen and you may encounter a language barrier. There are electronic pads to sign your contract, if they are working properly, mine were not! This virtual agent guides you but the writing is so tiny I had no idea that they are charging me $6.00 a month to rent a lock and I have bought my own secure locks. That's just to make more money and its against the law to make it mandatory to rent locks from them. I objected , Cassie came out one the rooms because she heard me objecting. She asked could they waive the fee for me because I actually came by a week in advance and asked about the charges, fine print and no one mentioned renting their combination locks. I also asked about a blank contract to read before hand and again, I had to try and take pictures of the 22 plus pages, which turned out to be blurred. You can imagine my amazement when I return their lock today, only to be told that it was mandatory that I take it.(NOT TRUE) Waiting on call from Corporate...
