I walked into the office, and a man named JJ cheerfully greeted me and asked me how he could help me. I told him I needed to store over 100,000 ball pit balls, and we had a good laugh, then he helped me find the most economical solution for my needs. I came in with a coupon in hand, and he thoroughly explained the rental that would truly save me the most money. I was super impressed with how concerned he was for my actual needs. He explained the rental agreement in great detail, and asked if I had any questions. It took me less than 10 minutes, and I had a new storage unit for less than I thought it was going to cost. I have rented with Extra Space before, at this same location actually. But I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with the staff as I had the other day. That guy is a gem! I came seeking a place to store my stuff, and feel like I left having gained a new friend!

Bianca from the Hamilton Mill location recommended JJ at this location to help with a unit for vehicle storage. We met with JJ and were so happy with him. He showed us a few units and RV storage and talked with us about our options. By the time we were done, we spent close to an hour just chatting. He followed up the next day with us and we ended up renting a unit. This location is convenient as it’s a drive up directly to the unit. It was clean and ready when we agreed. Great experience with JJ.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. JJ truly went above and beyond to help me get everything set up—even working through some system issues to make sure I was fully taken care of. The entire process was smooth and easy, and communication was clear every step of the way. I especially appreciated how honest and upfront they were about everything—it made it much easier for me to plan both now and in the future. If you’re in need of parking or storage, I highly recommend this facility. It’s well-maintained, in a great location, and backed by excellent customer service.

JJ does an amazing job maintenancing, this facility. It's always clean well lit, and unlike other places, I've stored at the gate is always functioning. If it does go down, it is fixed by the next business day. Friendly staff tthat actually cares. I got my storage while I was dealing with a lot of stress and forgot to lock my unit once. immediately i was informed and they put a lock on my unit. Knowing my things are safe means a lot.
