I had a great experience with this storage facility and especially with Terrance, the property manager. He communicated clearly from the start, was super friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He’s just an all-around easygoing, genuine guy who made everything smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Pricing is also very reasonable compared to other options I looked at. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most positive storage experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend working with Terrance if you’re considering storage here.

Pepper EggsThis place is a joke! I seriously can’t believe they have this many 5 stars!! Horrible customer service from the office to the pricing, first off if your a long term customer before this business bought it out you will be paying way more than it advertises online and they increase rates every 5 months I was told by another location after I couldn’t ever get any response back from the guy Terrance in charge over Talmo. Let’s see if my review gets deleted after I noticed another lady’s was removed just recently after leaving negative feedback similar to my situation 🤔
