I was moving and ended up needing a storage unit ASAP. My son googled storage units nearby and found Flex Storage. Their rates were half of other storage companies. I only have to travel a couple miles longer. It was totally worth it. Titus was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone. I paid for the year up front so they gave me a complimentary lock. The facility is neat and clean. I recommend Flex Storage.

DIshonest greedy company that was a good company in the past with the previous owners. This company continues to raise rent often with no sense of reason. One of my units was flooded with mud during a rainstorm because of their low quality units and low quality landscaping around it that are not maintained. Yet, they continue to raise rent similar to apartment slumlords. Their dishonest greed should be their downfall. These are metal storage buildings...not homes that require increases in rent to provide for improvements. They are not providing any improvements on these low quality metal buildings, but they continue to dishonestly take advantage of their long term customers by often raising rent.

This storage facility was awesome. Great place for me as I stored things for my small business. Very clean facilities, cleans units, very accessible. The customer service was an awesome experience the whole time I was there. Titus the guy upfront was always very welcoming and helpful with anything that I needed. If you need a good unit call Titus and go with Flex Storage.
