Very nice storage facility. Ty was very nice and informative and gave me exactly what I was looking for with the storage space. I am pleased and at ease to know that my belongings will be taken care of and in good condition while in the transition of building our home.

They really need to have a younger staff in the office on the weekends. I understand not wanting to pay over a certain amount but having someone with little to no computer skills, honestly hurts the business. It was a dreadful experience, even though it was her first day, it was dreadful even listening to her speak to other tenants as well. But the space was neat so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with that.

I have been inconvenienced sooooo much using this facility. I was blocked from the website to pay online because of one slip up on the card I was using. Instead of letting me pay with another card they blocked me. Since most facilities don’t take cash I have to pay with a money order every time. That is so annoying!

Robert WilliamsI want to give a Shout Out to Edna! She was working Columbia Rd location yesterday. She is so Friendly & Knowledgeable! When I see her, she asks how are You & Your family are doing! She feels like Family! My rent was increasing on my storage unit. I asked her if I could get a reduced rate. She entered my info & a message in the computer & gave me the reduced rate for 6 months! My furniture has been in storage for a couple of years & never missed a payment. Thank You Edna for the Superb Customer Service. If You need anything, stop by and ask Edna!!!
