great customer and location and nice site
The promotions make short term storage very affordable, and the on-site manager helps explain the process efficiently. Very happy with Public Storage while I am between leases
We have had a few storage units over the years with Public Storage but what made this one different was Darlene who checked us in. She was warm, friendly, professional and had that little something extra that made us feel welcome and like family. A couple of other people came in while we were there and it was obvious that she remembered them, they remembered her and she had created great relationships. She is the best of what customer service should be.
