The good is that it's been safe and secure. The bad is that they will significantly increase your rate after you've been there awhile. I called to ask why my rate went up, and the person I spoke to said he didn't know why. When I told him how much it went up, he said, "Wow! I've never seen one go up that much." He said he could "escalate" my query and a manager would call me back. It's been several weeks and no one has contacted me. Update - I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because Sparebox dropped my rates after my 1 star review, and even reimbursed me retroactively for the significant rate increase. No one ever called me back, but my rate went back down. I'd give them 5 stars if the exorbitant (in my opinion) increase never happened. I'm wondering how the rate increases are calculated. The person I spoke to said he didn't know, but indicated it was done automatically.

Renting the unit was easy. Even though you can see an advice that it costs $15 if you pay with an agent, you wouldn’t believe that, on the initial rental, they wouldn’t charge that, especially since they’re getting rent plus deposit. I was a bit surprised that $29 rental plus + $25 deposit wouldn’t incur any additional charges, but it did. I overlooked that and didn’t complain, though l was annoyed, especially since my receipt said $54. Then, today, 2 weeks after renting the space, l went to put stuff into my storage space.; Even though l knew the number of the space AND had a code for entry, l still couldn’t achieve ingress into the building. So, now, l have to call tomorrow and query how to get into the building. You would think they would have the info you need in the lobby, but they don’t.

Unit started out as $27 they more than doubled it for no reason at all randomly with a letter which I did agree to because what other choice than loose my belongings but now at $60 they charged me an extra $10 for no reason stealing $10 from me with no explanation charging me $72 while only listing a $2 after a non attempted charge to my cashapp that they claimed declined mind you had just paid $92 two days before this company steals like no tomorrow

Great 6 months plan for storing my personal things until I was able to make my move. Unit was clean and building was always clean! I was impressed by the fact I never saw bugs in the building.
