Excellent customer service
The whole process was convenient and I was impressed with the excellent customer service . From the initial first call to meeting manager at the facility , everything went smooth as sometimes moving can be stressful. Got a great deal on a unit that was inside / climate control . The space was larger than I had thought which allowed me to keep some belongings I thought I could sacrifice due to limited space and budget. I feel my belongings are highly safe / secure within the unit , and over all it was a great speedy process and the manager was great !

J Hal94Our garage entrance door for the 4 building has been inoperable for almost a year. Property management offers no information as to when the door will be fixed. We’re given the same lame runaround excuse each time we inquire. However, we did get a nice notice showing our rate is INCREASING yet again. FIX YOUR DOOR!!
