At first, I was thrilled. The price was extremely afgorable! Finally! A place for the average person to store things, long term!...But...when I got to the facility to sign my lease, the fill-in person, Carrie, was super, but informed me of things NOT in the ad. I was pretty confused...the price advertised, had a different "crossed out" price...($3 higher), and NOWHERE in ad did it say prive was for a limited number of months....but Carrie said I will be receiving a letter in the 4th month telling me my "special price" is going up. ALOT. She also added insurance, saying it is "mandatory". Also not in the ad...I have a homeowners policy...shouldn't that cover my things?? I am calling my agent to ask exactly that, in the morning. I feel like I am in a "bait-and- switch" game. I will wait for my letter, and talk with Virginia, the manager. Or, perhaps Corporate...this feels very, very wrong. But the facility, office..is immaculate. No complaints about the facility itself, at all. Just the sneaky, deceptive advertising tactics. I will be HAPPY to alter my review as things progress. Stay tuned! For now...renter beware...
