Just left the facility and was disappointed to say the least. No one on site and a phone number that led to a girl who couldn’t find my reservation and couldn’t get the system to open an account. After innumerable delays, being placed on hold to confer with upper management and repeated call backs I gave up. If you want to rent space look next door at the other storage facility. No difficulty understanding a person, no computer glitches or poor customer service just someone on the line who’s trying to help. Good luck!
