Great Price, Great Location, Even Better Customer Service!
We have been with Pacetti Road Storage for over a few months now and I can't say enough good things about them. This will be our 4th storage facility since we moved to Florida, and this facility by far has been our best experience. Our check in process was fast, accurate and exceeded our expectations. Rob helped us with an insurance question, and he was friendly, courteous, and quick with his research in finding us an answer. They pride themselves on providing the best customer service, and they do not disappoint! In times when GOOD customer service is hard to find, Pacetti Road Storage and their employees strive to go above and beyond!
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
I arrived at the gate at 11:10 AM on Sunday; called the phone number; and was immediately helped over the phone by a young woman who was very knowledgeable as she walked me through the process of getting a storage unit, then, and there! AWESOME!!!
