Overall I recommend
very sweet and calming staff - quick easy sign up, facility is 24/7 which is a plus. On a main intersection so I felt safe being at the facility late at night. As with other storage units be prepared to utilize your own means of waste removal as there are no trash cans on the premises and bathroom isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t always unlocked during office closed hours
Top Notch Management
Nobody "likes" the need and expense if a storage unit, however, when the need arose, Scott and Heather (managers of Atlantic Storage on Anastasia Island), eased the need - they are courteous, efficient, and professional. Process and paperwork explained in a timely fashion, escort to unit to ensure accessibility void of issues, and questions answered. It's too bad everything (customer service) nowadays isn't run like this - life would be a lot nicer.

Heather and Scott are awesome! Very friendly and caring…they make you feel like family. The building is always clean and the bathrooms are spotless! They called me to let me know I didn’t secure my unit properly…I found out they routinely walk through the building, checking for problems and ensuring customers like me, lock their units up and inform them by phone or email if they find a problem. Job well done…Thanks Heather and Scott!
Thomas Lemrow JrThis is an excellent location on the island. They just opened a new indoor climate controlled two-story building that looks amazing! Outside units are well-maintained and the staff that runs the facility has been amazing for the last two years. Even during the construction access to our unit was never an issue. The gates are currently not closed due to the finishing of construction but anticipate they will be again shortly. When the gates are closed there 24 hour access is super easy. Our biggest concern about this location was flooding due to its close proximity to the ocean. We have weathered to hurricanes and not a drop of water has entered our outside unit. We are very pleased with the facility in management team. Prior to construction the back portion of the property had vehicle storage. I'm not sure if that will be offered once construction is completed.

Whether you are a local to the area or from out of town, the staff will make you feel right at home and comfortable to store whatever you need to.
