First off, we show up to things still in the storage unit… cigarette butts, furniture… then after all this, they call and ask for another $59 a month because someone doesn’t know how to do their job. We will not be staying. Very disappointing

Just wanna share with others about Suncoast storage I’ve been here for more than three years. The new owners are exceptionally good at what they do keeping customers happy from what I can tell. There is nothing to complain about all my stuff is always been there never been broken into never had a problem, if there was, I could get a hold of the owners at the facility or someone that works for them and it would be handled promptly just so that you know this facility is open 24 seven 365 days a year which is great because I use tools from my storage unit and I need access to them when I have to do a job special thanks to all that work for this facility and hope that my message gets out to others that are looking for safe and happy experience

The Spring Hill facility offers a decent selection of unit sizes and competitive pricing, convenient on-line account set-up and move-in, convenient access, and excellent Customer Service (Thank You Simone -- super responsive and cooperative).

Simone is great lady but the rest the worse liars i sver encountered, i resnted for over a YEAR is always an issue rates go up every month they force you, to pay over 20 a month for insurance to the company they sponsor, they only cover up to 2500 dollars, they chage you more and more but they refuse to let you put extra locks to protect your stuff BAD COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM DEAL WITH SERIOUS GOOD COMPANY AMERICAN FIRST STORAGE, IN BROOKSVILLE GREAT CLEAN AND WELL PROTECTED PLACE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIARS THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PERSON TAKING CARE OF YOU, YOU ARE FORCED TO CALL AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.ALL THEY HAVE IS A LADY CLEANING THATS IT, NO ONE ELSE IS THERE NO OFFICE NO CREW NOTHING i have all the proof you need, all the feedback left here is a bunch of non sense, no one of this people rent there they work with frendy stuff? please they never meet any one is no office no one everything is done by phone all this reviews are nothing but frieds they ask to place reviews. please do yourself a favor go see that other place stay away from this place, a place that has no staft on site and a place that keeps charging you more every month and forces you to pay for insurance so they don't have to, is not worth it, has 4 cameras not even secury system they use simple solar cameras you buy for peanuts, i wonder if they work, if you ask me they dont STAY AWAY

Some hiccups in the beginning due to it being the first of the month and there office being very busy thankfully someone finally got ahold of me and helped me with my issues. Very clean units and amazing location!
