I had a 10x10 climate controlled unit! My unit was great, no complaints there. They do have flat dollies on site that you can use to get from your unit to your vehicle to stack totes or whatever onto! It is not a 24 hour facility, but its accessible until 10 PM. The staff on-site is AWESOME!! Tammy is who I delt with the most and she is the best!! They will help with anything that they can!! I started renting my storage when the first month was free… After I was there for six months, the price started to increase 20% every 90 days (thats why I put 4 stars instead of 5). I thought that was a little excessive so I had to make other arrangements and move out, if it wasn’t for that, I would still be there! Also, they do let you know that your payment is increasing, however, you get a little square flyer in the mail and it’s written on the flyer in very small print, so pay attention. So if you’re like me when I received the flyer in the mail, I just threw it away because I thought it was an advertisement. And then when I went to pay my bill, that’s when I saw the 20% increase and I called and found out what was going on. I can’t complain about the unit. It was always nice and cool in there and the staff like I said was very friendly. I just left because I couldn’t afford the 20% increase every 90 days (especially with this economy)!! Also, you pay your payment through the app and if you don’t pay the day that your bill is due the very next day, a late fee is added, no grace period. As long as you are on top of things then you should be fine!! Never any problem with rodents or bugs.

Was extremely impressed by the knowledge of the new manager that you have at this facility. Made everything seem a bit easier, I’ve had a hard time with storage in the past. She’s very fast efficient and informed me of all the bells and whistles and everything I need to know. Good in adequate service is hard to find got a rare jewel here. Thanks Brianna or was it Briana. Great price, exceptional service. The unit was clean like it was brand new with a painted floor and very high ceilings. The floor is raised up several inches from the outside street keeping you high and dry inside during Florida's famous torrential rains. I searched long and hard to find the best deal. Save yourself the trouble and go to this extra space location like I did. They even provided me with a lock that was inside one of those impossible to open plastic containers but they very thoughtfully cut one side open for me so I could get it out without ripping my teeth out, I thought that was a nice touch.
