I had a great experience. Staff was super friendly and professional. Their prices can't be beat. I left Public Storage and saved $30 per month on a promotion. When the promotion expired they still reduced the price again. I would not use any other storage company.
Nyx VeilI paid for the storage online and it was so easy, 1 or 2 minutes. Went to the storage, lock and key inside unit to have and use. No office visit. Called to Move out (months later) was super easy too, Thanks to You Carlos!!! The storage facility is a very safe and secure place. And as always, with extra space storage, I never have any issues. And whenever I have any questions they are pleasantly helpful!
Chrishara BrownStarted my process over the phone and was able to finish online. Carlos at the store was great. From the time I finished my online process until I actually got my things moved in my storage unit. Wasn’t able to get into the app at first but I was able to reach out to Carlos for all my access information. Did have a little miss understand with the location and sista company but Carlos quickly fixed the issue and let me know I did have the correct location and everything was fine. Speak with Carlos if you would like to rent here. Again he was great and quickly fixed an issue I thought I had. Thanks again Carlos you are great !!

Jan Williams5 Star review for store manager Kellee. Kellee takes excellent care in the off-site climate control building and it’s renters. I have always found the facility clean. Kellee is courteous, smart, helpful, and compassionate. A true asset to the company. Whenever a problem arises such as the sliding glass doors not working, the bathroom is out of paper, or a lock is broken, Kellee takes responsibility to fix the problem. Kellee does not play the blame game, which is refreshing to find a store manager. While the office is located on 25th street, the climate control building is on 2010 Old Lake Mary Road. This is between 25th Street and Country Club Road. The storage facility has one paved handicap parking space and 5 paved parking spaces.
