There were several problems just reaching a person. The on line service had information that was mis-leading. After several attempts of trying to reserve a space I ended up calling.. never once did someone answer. I had to leave a message. Frustrating.. End result we were successful thanks to Lisa. I am still waiting to hear back about a refund, since I was supposed to get first month free and only pay 25 for administrative fee. Customer Service represented Lisa is supposed to call me once her supervisor allows her to reimburse me. Still waiting…..
