Manager was out of office..... know one to help us...The online customer service agent was beyond excellent as she not only help getting into our unit and saved hours of money on for our mover's.. She patiently help me with the paperwork...She deserves a raise.. I'm 78 year's old with a 54 year old daughter and 2 pet's in a hot car in Florida....This agent saved us...Big Thank you to this wonderful and caring young lady..
Facility was pretty clean and no noticable pest issues.
Have not seen an on-site manager at all. The shed was dirty. The property has broken up furniture in different areas of the property. I am very happy with gal that I called. She helped me get the shed over the phone. She was patient with me. There is a big pothole at the gate entrance. Weeds are growing up against the buildings. The property & facility needs TLC. I'm happy with the location of my unit. The 5 star customer service is for the gal that I spoke with. Thank you.
