Renting the unit was fast and easy. Kristie the the lady who took care of my rental was so nice. She made sure that i knew everything about my rental. The price was great. The have an app that you can download to manage your rental and make payments online. I totally recommend using Extra Space if you need a rental unit.
Kristy was excellent. The spot we reserve didn't work for us and Kristy helped my husband find another spot. She was patient, polite and helpful. S
I showed up with a reservation; got issued a parking spot for my trailer, wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to workout because of the geometry of my vehicle and trailer vs the space, so I was issued a new better spot immediately. These are the small things that make it work.
